Tap "Forgot password?" on the login page. You'll be asked for your registered mobile number, and a reset link or OTP code is sent to that number. Follow the steps to set a new password. The whole process takes less than two minutes if your mobile number is still active and in your possession.
If your mobile number has changed since you registered, or if you no longer have access to the number you signed up with, contact the 24/7 live chat support team. They'll verify your identity using your account details and CNIC and help you regain access. Don't create a new account — duplicate accounts are identified and closed, and the balance associated with any second account cannot be recovered.
A few habits make a real difference to account security. Use a password that's at least eight characters and isn't used on any other platform. Avoid logging in from shared or public devices — if you do, make sure you log out completely after your session rather than just closing the browser. Check your login activity periodically from your account settings; if you see a session you don't recognise, change your password immediately and contact support.
